1. What this page is for
This page explains how you can request deletion of your REPEATT account and the personal data we hold about you. It is the data-deletion contact URL for REPEATT and is provided to comply with platform requirements (including the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Meta / Facebook Platform policy for apps that integrate Facebook SDKs).
2. Option A — Delete from inside the app
- Open REPEATT on your phone.
- Go to Settings from the home screen.
- Tap Account & privacy.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Once you confirm, your account is queued for deletion immediately. You will be signed out and your local data on the device will be cleared.
3. Option B — Email us
If you can’t open the App (for example, you uninstalled it or you’re locked out), email dataremoval@repeatt.app from the email address linked to your account. To help us locate your record, please include:
- Your in-app display name.
- The email address you used to sign in with Google (if any).
- Your device platform (iOS or Android).
- Approximate date you first used the App, if you remember it.
We may ask one or two follow-up questions to verify it’s really your account before we delete anything. This protects you from someone else trying to wipe your data.
4. What gets deleted
Once your request is verified, we delete from our systems:
- Your account record (anonymous user ID, display name, optional avatar URL, linked Google account ID and email).
- Your device language and platform stored on your user profile.
- Your push notification token (FCM / APNs).
- Your advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID) saved on your user record.
- Your session history — workouts, scores, online matches, friends-group participation, weekly-league entries.
- Your economy state — muscle coins, exercise unlocks, daily ad limits.
- Any support tickets tied to your account that you ask us to remove.
5. What we may need to keep
A small number of records may legally need to survive deletion for a limited time:
- Financial / tax records for any in-app purchases or subscriptions (Apple App Store and Google Play hold the actual receipts and refund logic — we hold only transaction IDs and entitlement status, retained as required by tax and consumer law).
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics (for example, daily active users by country) that no longer identify you.
- Security and abuse logs tied to violations of our Terms or to ongoing fraud investigations, kept only as long as needed.
6. Third-party services
REPEATT shares limited data with third-party services (Firebase, Apple Push Notification service, Meta App Events, AppsFlyer, Google AdMob, MongoDB Atlas) — see the Third-party services section of our Privacy Policy.
- We will instruct these providers to delete the personal data we shared with them, where their tools allow it.
- Some providers retain hashed or anonymized signals (for example, install attribution) under their own retention policies — you can also request deletion directly through them: Meta, AppsFlyer, Google, Apple.
- Apple App Store and Google Play manage your purchase history and subscription billing — to cancel or refund a subscription, use your Apple ID or Google account settings directly.
7. How long it takes
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Backups containing your data are overwritten on our standard backup-rotation schedule and are not restored after deletion.
8. After deletion
Once your account is deleted, you can still install REPEATT again and start a new account, but your previous progress, coins, unlocks, weekly-league standings, and friends-group memberships cannot be recovered.
